  4.    What  about an ice cold Daquiri or a
  5. hard   hitting  Sidecar?   Or  a Bloody
  6. Mary   perhaps?   Yes?  Then read on to
  7. get  a   few tips concerning drinks and
  8. of course some recipees!
  9. ¹
  10. What do I need?
  11.   First   at all, of course the spirits
  12. and  all  the other liquids you need in
  13. order  to  become   a Tom Cruise behind
  14. the   bar  counter.    Then,  you  need
  15. different kinds of  glasses.  The glass
  16. you're  going to  use most of the times
  17. is  a cocktail  glass.  This glass is a
  18. little  circular   glass  on  top  of a
  19. short  stem.   The  glass usually holds
  20. no   more than 1 decilitre (0.1 litre).
  21. Some   drinks  ought  to  be  served in
  22. other  kinds of glasses but this is the
  23. most   common  glass used for cocktails
  24. (hence the  name cocktail glass).
  25.   Secondly   you'll  need a shaker.  If
  26. you  haven't   got a shaker then use an
  27. electric  mixer  (a blender).  You have
  28. to  own  a  strainer   too  but I guess
  29. everybody  has  such   a  sophisticated
  30. tool   at  home.   A  long,  thin spoon
  31. might   be  rather handy too to mix the
  32. drinks   too.   Other  basic  tools are
  33. knifes,   bottle  opener, corkscrew and
  34. lots of ice.
  35.  
  36. Some Basic Rules.
  37.   Drinks  containing only spirits, wine
  38. and  liquer   should  be mixed in a big
  39. mix   glass    with   the  long  spoon.
  40. Afterwards  place  a strainer  over the
  41. cocktail  glass and pour the  substance
  42. over  the  strainer so it  runs down in
  43. the coktail glass.
  44.   Drinks  containing stuff  like juice,
  45. eggs,  cream  and  the  like  has to be
  46. shaked  in the cocktail shaker (or  the
  47. electric  mixer).  If you're using  the
  48. shaker don't fill it up.  There  has to
  49. be  enough  room  so  you  can  mix the
  50. ingredients well.
  51.   Remember   to  mix  the   drink  just
  52. before it is to be  drunk so it's fresh
  53. and  attractive.   Don't  mix  or shake
  54. for too long!

  131. Use a medium sized glass and a couple
  132. of ice cubes.
  133. 1/3 Wodka
  134. 2/3 Tomato Juice
  135. a little Worchester sauce 
  136. a drop of lemon
  137. a little! selleri salt

  139. Nikita:
  140. 1/2 Wodka
  141. 1/4 Cointreau
  142. 1/4 Lemon Juice
  143. shake it and serve with cocktail
  144. berries.

  146. And   for   the  non-drinking  guys,  a
  147. little  bonus  part  with NON-alcoholic
  148. drinks....

  150. Ahh,     fooled    you.      Disgusting
  151. non-alcoholic  stuff   doesn't occur in
  152. your   favourite   disc  mag.   If  you
  153. absolutely    can't   drink  the  above
  154. mentioned   drinks  then  I'd recommend
  155. that you seriously  considered suicide.
